Tuna Burgers - Gina Dale

1 can Tuna, drained
1 Egg
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
1/3 cup Onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup Celery, chopped
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, chopped
1/4 cup Mayo
2 Tablespoons Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Dill Weed
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Butter
4 Hamburger Buns
Lettuce
Mayo

In a large bowl combine everything but the buns and butter. Mix well.

Shape into four patties and place on wax paper.

Heat a large non-stick skillet with butter for over medium-high heat.

Place patties in skillet and cook for 4 minutes on each side.

Serve on buns with toppings of choice.
